MiHigh realised the importance of diversifying revenue streams to grow the business to its full potential. Although the company had some success growing through Shopify, wholesale and retail, they found mastering the complexity of Amazon confusing and time consuming.

The MiHigh Sauna Blanket retailed at $150-$200 more expensive than competitor products. So it was vital to address this through creative work to ensure that the value exchange of it being a premium product was clearly and persuasively communicated to the consumer.
We were able to identify what would get the consumers to buy this product by focusing on motivations, such as the sensation of the product, anticipation and social belonging that it created.
We were able to heighten the consumers’ motivations by focusing on the product’s ability to detoxify faster, burn calories and calm the body and mind. In addition, we provided great detail on the features and functionality it had over other products. Finally, we presented this in an easily scannable/digestible and visually appealing way to ensure this value exchange was persuasive and easily understood by scanning on any device.

Within three months of optimising MiHigh’s account, the brand achieved $75,000 in sales, a significant increase from the few sales they had before starting the relationship with FordeBaker.
The brand ranked in the top 5 for its top keywords quickly. In addition, it continued to average $50,000 in sales per month consistently on Amazon alone, which significantly boosted its revenue stream and accomplished the goal of helping the brand diversify its revenue streams, with a significant percentage of sales now coming from Amazon.
These results meant all the more for parties interested in procuring MiHigh. Investors wanted multi-channel businesses that sold across multiple platforms and were particularly excited about the success on Amazon.
